Reviewing the agreement, signing on your phone or computer, and getting your signed copy.
Every subscription starts with a signed agreement — it's what spells out your rate, any setup fee, and terms in plain writing. Most people sign during checkout, but if your agreement is still waiting, signing takes about a minute from any phone or computer.
Getting to the signing page
Two ways in:
- The link we send you — we'll email or text you a private signing link. Tap it and you're on the signing page, no sign-in needed.
- From your account — if an agreement is waiting, a banner on your account home says so. Open the subscription and tap Sign agreement to jump straight to the signing page.
Reviewing and signing
- Check the summary. The top of the page shows your name, the service, the monthly rate, and any setup fee. If anything looks off, stop and contact us before signing.
- Type your full legal name in the name field.
- Draw your signature in the signature box — finger on a phone, mouse or trackpad on a computer. There's a clear button if it comes out scribbly; nobody's judging.
- Check the agreement box to confirm you've read and accept the terms.
- Submit. You'll see "Agreement signed" — done.
Your signed copy
The moment you submit, we email you the signed agreement as a PDF. It's also always available in your account: open the subscription and expand Documents to find your signed subscription agreement with a View link. See Managing your subscriptions.
If the link won't open
- "This signing link has expired." Signing links only stay live for a couple of weeks. Text or call us and we'll send a fresh one — or sign in and use the Sign agreement button on the subscription, which always generates a working link.
- "This agreement has already been signed." You're done! Check your email for the signed PDF, or find it under the subscription's Documents.
- "This signing link is invalid." Double-check the URL copied over fully, or reach out and we'll sort it out.
What signing kicks off
Signing is what lets us review and activate your subscription — once it's signed we can confirm your details and get your service set up, and billing starts once you're live, not before. See How subscribing works.
