How to request a cancellation, what happens to billing, and how to change what you're subscribed to.
Subscribing means you're never locked in. Everything is month-to-month, with no long-term contract and no early-termination fee — here's how ending or changing a subscription works.
Requesting a cancellation
Start a cancellation request from your account — the Cancel subscription quick action on your account home — or just contact us.
- Pick which subscription (if you have more than one).
- Pick a reason — no longer need it, cost, switching to another option, not happy with the service, or other.
- Add your preferred end date and any notes.
- Submit the request.
What happens to billing
- Billing continues as normal until your cancellation is confirmed and your end date arrives — there's no gap in service while you wait to hear back.
- Once your subscription reaches its end date, recurring billing stops for good.
- Your invoice and payment history stays available in your account after the subscription ends.
Changing what you're subscribed to
Want to add a service, switch to a different one, or adjust your plan? Contact us and we'll sort out the details — most changes don't require cancelling first. See Support for the fastest ways to reach us.
